I made a tiered fruit/dessert stand for my mom last week.
Yesterday, I made one for myself.
It actually started around Christmas time.
I found a beautiful cake stand and displayed it HERE.
Then I found these plates.
The price was right,
And I thought... I can make one for myself!
I never found the "perfect" candlestick... until a couple of weeks ago. Youngest daughter and I were at the thrift store and I spotted a clear glass vase that I thought would be lovely.
Here she is all painted up with my new favorite paint:
Easy Peasy. Used E6000 to glue it all together, and here's my new tiered stand:
I'm swooning. Who knew it could be so easy?

LOVE! I have done these too, and I love the plates you used. Thanks for sharing with the newbie party.
Love the colors. I found if you want the tiered display to be temporary, use cream cheese to "glue" the dishes together. As the cream cheese dries it will harden and hold.
so cute i really want to make one of these yours is lovely
