I got my daily kick in the pants with this pin yesterday:
This pin sums up my goals for 2012. I could end my post here. BUT. I'm going to tell you about it anyway... I need you for the accountability. And I'm good with that.
Professional baseball pitchers have pitching coaches in the bullpen with them. Tiger Woods has a coach. Business leaders like Ali Brown and Fabienne Fredrickson have mentors. Accountability is good.
I've been coaching others for over 20 years. Helping them set goals, developing a plan, helping them stick to it, and celebrating along with them. My focus will continue to be on helping others reach their goals, but this year I'm also focusing on letting others help me reach mine.
I want to look back on this list at the end of the year and celebrate with you. SO... in no particular order... here's my list.
Learn.
-Join a tribe, community, group. Fitness. Blogging. Business.
-Learn more about make-up application from my friend, and Birmingham's Best Make-up Artist, Lindsay Garrett.
-Learn more about Raw Food, Paleo, Holistic Nutrition, Whole Food.
Teach.
-(Continue to) host a monthly 10-day health & wellness challenge via Facebook.
-Add pitching workouts to my Softball Pitching Workbook.
-Host more skincare & wellness classes
-Add members to my business team
Create.
-Finish chandelier make-over
-Finish pallet wood project
-Try 1 new recipe per month
-Become a Silhouette Cameo ninja!
Do.
-Run in 3 races this year.
-Get all birthday gifts to recipients on time.
-Stick to family chore chart.
-Clean and organize storage room.
-Move my body to become a BuffMother
-Go camping with family
-A lot (if not all) of these: 74 Simple Things You Can Do to Brighten Your Spouse's Day. (Isn't #9 clever??)
-Create and follow a budget.
That's it. Learn. Teach. Create. Do.
What's on your list for the New Year?
I'm creating more accountability here:
